Dear collectors,
together with our Slovak colleagues - collectors and designers - we've just launched the Czechoslovak project called BLACK BARONS.
This is a project similar to the FAC, the Slovak team will work independently on collectible editions for the titles they choose and will be approved.
Ivan and Bedo are collectors and big film fans, they own large movie collections, in which you can find all FAC editions as well as other premium copies from Blufans, HDZ, NVM, PA, Mondo etc. These guys contacted us themselves, as well as travelled to our regular meetings showing how they can enrich local and international collectors. We found these signs as the main positive indicators that they are ready to work hard and to get better. Launching the project we have been preparing for the last few months. We considered offering these BB Slovak edition primarily to holders of FAC still collectible numbers or choose an independent line of selling, and according to all the polls and chats, not only between Maniacs, you were showing great interest, which pleased not only us but also our Slovak friends.
The existing test cooperation hinted that we can perfectly complement each other. It should be another positive element of our cooperation. Guys want to add new value. This does not mean that they will do again all the titles released in FAC. Our main common goal is to bring to collectors values, which they have not yet received, and with titles, to which they have not received. They will work with catalog titles and new titles.
How to order BB editions?
- BB series will be primarily offered to collectors, who have a still collectible number to the FAC.
- Announcing editions will be similar to the FAC editions. Preliminary one-week rounds for still collectible numbers will work as well as with FAC.
- Free sale will run on a limited number of copies.
- Customers without still collectible numbers and customers with higher than the limitation, will be able to register on a waiting list and wait for the loose copy.

Request for assignment of still collectible number
Due to overwhelming demand and near-instant blocking all numbers (1 - 500) for Blu-ray SteelBook edition, we have based on the requests of customers decided to do a waitlist requests for still collectible numbers.
If any of the customer, who has blocked still collectible number does not fulfill the conditions for holding a still collectible number, this number will be taken and given to the first customer on the waiting list.
If you did not get on and if you are interested in obtaining a still collectible number, please subscribe to the waiting list. If the number will be released, the requests will be met according to the date and time of receipt - earlier requests have priority over later sent.

The following text explains the functioning of the system for selecting still collectible numbers.
Definitions
User account means an electronic account that each user have registered at www.filmarena-eng.com.
Still collectible number is the number that will be part of a limited series and if the user will perform under required conditions it will be reserved for him.
The system for selecting still collectible numbers is specified and programmed sequence of functions that allow individual users to set their still collectible numbers for individual editions.
The premise of the system, which was created for fans by FILMARENA team is to give users the option to keep their permanent unique number for all numbered editions, which will be prepared in limited series.
1. How to get a still collectible number
Each user account has the right to request for a still collectible number. In the event that a user is interested in more still collectible figures, he can request for them.

Individual applications will be evaluated on the basis of availability of numbers, creditworthiness and current co-operation with trade FilmArena. If an application is evaluated positively, your user account will be assigned a still collectible number or numbers.
2. Holding of still collectible numbers
Still collectible number is designed for customers who want to have a permanent number on all upcoming editions.
Introduction of all editions are planned well in advance. During the introduction of an edition we uncover the edition content and user has one week to think over, if he wants to accept or reject. After this week has finished, preorders will golive for other customers.
If an user accepts / rejects by the deadline the still collectibles number is kept for further editions.
In case of passivity, ie. the user does not select any option, the still collectible number forfeits.
The holder of a still collectible number agrees to cooperate actively with the online store Filmarena.
If we evaluate that a user passively blocks a still collectible number, we have the right to withdrawn still collectible number immediately.
The FILMARENA team is authorised to remove the still collectible number from any user without stating reason.
There is no legal right of a user to a still collectible number.
For customers who are not interested in a still collectible number is determined classic sale.
The orders containing any numbered edition may not be further edited.
3. Classic SALES
CLASSIC SALE starts after the finishing of still collectible numbers preorders week is an alternative for users who do not insist on constant collector number.
CLASSIC SALE is also the period when unoccupied still collectible numbers are randomly allocated to Filmarena customers by computer robot.
Numbers purchased in the classic sales will not be booked to the next editions. To provide a customer with a still collectible number it is neccessary to apply here: http://www.filmarena-eng.com/vyber-sberatelskych-cisel
The System Operator reserves the right to cancel the order or suspend, especially when any suspicion of unsolid buyer. Preference will be given to customers with shopping history on Filmarena.
The orders containing any numbered edition may not be further edited.

Regular promos will also occur in Filmarena communication channels and social networks.
